NEW BANKRUPTCY PRACTICE
Mr. Nutter realizes in today's economy many individuals and
business owners are struggling financially as they face major
life changes, usually caused by divorce, job loss or unexpected
medical expenses. His purpose is to help people who are over
extended and can't pay their bills and monthly obligations.
He will meet with you to go over your financial situation so that
he can properly advise you of your options to get the relief you
need under the bankruptcy laws, whether its a Chapter 7 or
Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
He will evaluate your assets, debts and income to make sure
you qualify for relief under Chapter 7 to wipe out your debts and
get a fresh start. If you do not qualify for Chapter 7, he will
analyze your income and expenses to make sure you can fund
a plan to make monthly payments to your creditors through the
bankruptcy trustee and pay the proper creditors directly.

Mr. Nutter became familiar with bankruptcy
laws after an existing client he had helped
with another matter requested his help in
bankruptcy. Mr. Nutter took on the
challenge, evaluating her financial
situation, studying the bankruptcy rules

particular situation. The sheriff had to stop
the garnishment on her wages and she
received a discharge from her debts, which
allowed her a fresh start.
You worked hard to get your home,
